Bonz and Company, Inc. provides comprehensive real estate advisory, consulting, and valuation services to developers, financial institutions, public agencies, corporations, nonprofit organizations, investors, educational institutions, and landowners, in the United States and abroad.

The firm Bonz and Company, Inc. was formed in 1990 and traces its roots to the real estate advisory business of Minot DeBlois & Maddison, Inc., a real estate and fiduciary firm that began in Boston in 1782. We are pleased to continue a 200-year old tradition of real estate advisory service to its clients.
