Appraisal

Valuation Advisory Services – The firm provides valuation services for financial institutions, investors, property owners, government agencies, corporations, educational and health care institutions, and the legal community. Our appraisals are used for mortgage underwriting, portfolio management, internal buy/sell/hold decisions, litigation support, potential sale pricing, and many other uses. We are experienced in the appraisal of office, retail, multi-family residential (rental and condominium), industrial, hotel, vacant land, and special use properties including biotech research, shipyards, golf and ski resorts, live theaters, and other unique properties.

Special areas of the appraisal practice address the valuation of all types of multi-family residential projects including market rate apartments and condominium projects, HUD and state agency financed low, moderate, and mixed-income multi-family housing (including historical tax credit and/or low income housing tax credit valuations), all types of hospitality-related property (hotels, resorts, inns, motels, conference centers, etc.), unique or challenging property types of all types, real estate tax abatements, net-leased real estate, and valuation of real estate impacted by environmental contamination or other external factors.
